When you give us a tipoff or make a report, ZNYAC will assign a team of agents to investigate and build a case. Our system accepts anonymous reports where the user does not provide any details that identify them, as well as an optional section where users can voluntarily enter their personal and contact details. Users sometimes choose to identify themselves if they wish to be recognized later through awards and medals for having whistleblown bravely.

When an official or agent that works for ZNYAC is suspected of engaging in corruptive activities, you must make a report to the organization as soon as you know about the matter. The report must comprise a clear outline of offense or breach and/or reasons for suspicion, and the name of the official or agent. If the name of the individual is unknown to you, please feel free to give a description of them and a date and time of when they committed the breach, as well as the location where the breach took place(if possible). This will make it possible for the correct official or agent to be excluded from the investigation. Investigations will commence as soon as ZNYAC receives your report. A Log Number will be created, which will serve as a reference for you to be updated about progress or outcomes, and to contribute any additional information as may be required. All this is done with your confidentiality and anonymity maintained fully.
